Return & Refund Policy

Shipping will be delivered within 4–5 working days.

• Return requests are accepted within 3–4 working days after your order is delivered.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–4 working days.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label with packing instructions. Returns sent without approval will be refused.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, or personal care products.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Return the item, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships within the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, expect the refund within 10 business days. Contact your bank if it hasn’t posted after 15 business days.
